Before they head to Harvard, the top two Most Valuable Student scholarship winners flew to Austin, Texas to accept their $60,000 ENF scholarships and to give thanks to their Elks family. Joanne Dynak, sponsored by Chicago Northshore, Ill., Lodge No. 1316, and David Lim, sponsored by Santa Clarita, Calif., Lodge No. 2379, addressed Elks members and guests at the Elks National Convention and thanked members for helping them achieve their dreams of attending Harvard.
