Elks Scholar Service Trips are back! From August 19-22, 12 Elks scholars got together in Boston and served in the name of the Elks.
Scholars stayed at Hi Hostel Boston, in the heart of China Town and close to the Boston Commons and the Freedom Trail. Over the trip, scholars served with the Greater Boston Food Bank, the Fresh Truck, and Cradles to Crayons. After serving, the scholars got to explore the Isabella Stuart Gardiner Museum, Quincy Market, Faneuil Hall, and even enjoy some Cannolis from Mike's Pastries. For the first time ever, 75% of scholars on the trip were all from around the same Boston and wider New England area, making it easier for them to stay in touch.
To stay safe, all scholars were required to show proof of vaccination.
