Description: The District will have its Annual Membership Roundup at the Visalia Elks Lodge. This year it is a Carnival theme. There will be food, drinks, games and fun. The Chairman for this event are Jack Geiger & Arlene Presson. The round up is from 10:00am - 2:00pm. Last year Fresno Elks Lodge took the trophy. Let's do it again.
