Notes on Member Number

If your Lodge is presently using four digits and is not even close to using five, then enter a four digit number and add a leading zero to make it a five digit number. If your Lodge is presently using five digits or is close to using five digits, enter NUMBER as a five digit number. For non-members enter as follows:

Note

It is more meaningful to give a logical number sequence or meaning to the XXXX. For example number your applicants A0001, A0002, etc. For the Lodges use the Lodge number, e.g., L0335, L1309, L0622, etc. For the widows it could be meaningful to use the deceased brother’s number - W4223, W0976, W0033, etc.
