Current Fellow

BriannaB The second ENVSC Elks Scholar Fellow is Brianna Bueltmann. Her term began in June 2018. Brianna studied sociology at Harvard University. During college, she worked with individuals with disabilities, was a Patient Advocate with Health Leads in Boston, and worked at multiple homeless shelters in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Upon graduating from Harvard, she was awarded the John H. Finley Fellowship for post-graduate travel, language study and cultural immersion. Most recently, she served as a research assistant through the John Hopkins University Poverty and Inequality Research Lab.

History of Elks National Veterans Service Commission Fellow

The first Elks National Veterans Service Commission Fellow, Sancy Childers, served through June 2018. Sancy assisted in launching and managing the day-to-day aspects of the Elks Welcome Home program, a partnership with the VA aimed at ending veteran homelessness.
