Potsdam Lodge #2074 has supported the Norwood Norfolk Central School Snack Pack Program with a $700 donation. The NNCS Snack Pack Program provides a weekend snack pack to 193 students. The Lodge used the proceeds from an Elks National Foundation Gratitude Grant to support the donation. Exalted Ruler Ernie Charleston is pictured presenting the donation on behalf of the Lodge to Mary Ellen Todd from the NNCS Snack Pack Program.

Potsdam Lodge #2074 supported the Potsdam Holiday Fund with a $1,000 donation. The Lodge used proceeds from an Elks National Foundation Gratitude Grant to support the donation. Exalted Ruler Ernie Charleston and Inner Guard Steve Myers are pictured presenting the donation on behalf of the Lodge to Potsdam Holiday Fund President Staci Giffin and Holiday Fund volunteers.



Potsdam Lodge #2074 used the proceeds from an Elks National Foundation Gratitude Grant and donated $500 to the Parishville Hopkinton Panther Paws Project, previously the Snack Pack program. The donation will be used to support the Panther Paws Program with food and school supplies. Chelsea Johnson, who assists with the coordinator of the Panther Paws Program, and first grade students are pictured accepting the donation from Exalted Ruler Ernie Charleston.

Potsdam Lodge #2074 recently sponsored a free week of public skating at the Potsdam Pine Street Arena. Lodge members Mike Pinckney, Mary Charleston and Stephen Charleston are pictured presenting a $300 sponsorship donation to Richard Bradshaw of the Potsdam Recreation Department. This is an annual sponsorship by the Lodge.



River Queens Donation - Potsdam Elks Lodge #2074 provided the River Queens U14 Girls Hockey Team with a $600 donation. The River Queens recently took State Championship honors and are advancing to the National Tournament in Coral Springs, from April 2-6, 2025. The donation, as well as the donations received from other community businesses and individuals, will assist the River Queens with travel expenses. In addition to this donation, Potsdam Lodge provided a $400 donation that assisted with travel expenses to the NYS Tournament. Lodge Community Activities Chair Tim Welpe is pictured presenting the donation on behalf of the Potsdam Lodge to River Queens Captain Sophia Currier. Also pictured are team players Emii Colby, Kennedy Cotterman, Luciana Frego, Delia Gaurin, Makenna Helmer, Jordyn Scott, Mary Sergio, Audrey Sheldon and Harper Strack.
