At the New York State Elks Association Fall Convention, Officer Shelly Ellingson Farrell, PER was awarded the Enrique Camarena Drug Awareness Award. Past Exalted Ruler, Officer Farrell is the FIRST from NY State and, the FIRST Female to receive this award on a National Level. Shelly Ellingson Farrell is a member of the Ossining Elk Lodge 1486.
