Young is 2012 Elk Officer of the Year
Dedicated Inner Guard Ralph Young was presented with a special plaque proclaiming him 2012-2013 Elks Officer of the Year for his “dedicated and meritorious service to the lodge.” Young not only fulfills his officer duties in an exemplary manner, but he has also put in countless hours working bingo, honoring lodge and local veterans and is always eager to lend a hand when asked.
