Bergenfield ER David Mayer has won both the 11 O'Clock Toast and Flag Charge Contest for the Fraternal Year 2009-2010. Dave competed against the other Exalted Rulers of the NJ State Elks at the Fall Conference held in Long Branch NJ.
Dave is the son of the late Arthur Mayer Jr. PGER also from Bergenfield Elks Lodge # 1477.
