04 September 2008

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Our next Regular Lodge Meeting will be held on
Wednesday, 17 September 2008 at 6:30p.m.

CONGRATULATIONS to our newly initiated Members:
1. Bro. Joseph Quinlivan proposed by Bro. Doyle E. Stout
2. Bro. Charles M. Robinson proposed by Bro. Jeffery A. Green

They were initiated at our 03 September 2008 Lodge meeting. We look forward to their regular attendance at our forthcoming Lodge Meetings on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday meetings and also their active participation in both our Lodge and Club activities.

PROPOSITION for MEMBERSHIP – We have received the application of Mr. Michel Tetrault proposed by Sis. Sandra Tockes awaiting investigation, election, indoctrination and initiation.

PENDING INDOCTRINATION and INITIATION – Mr. Herbert Betz III proposed by PER Theodore V. Awad.

VACANCY OFFICE ESTEEMED LECTURING KNIGHT/ NOMINATION /ELECTION FOR – because of Bro. Copleman’s absence for four (4) months due to his health, the Exalted Ruler declared the office of Esteemed Lecturing Knight vacant. Nominations were opened for said position and our Esquire, Bro. Jeffery A. Green was nominated. Additional nominations may be made at our next Lodge meeting, 17 Sept when elections will be held.

Informatively, if necessary the Exalted Ruler will then appoint a new Esquire.

SIGNING TYLER’S REGISTER - It has been observed that several members have inadvertently failed to sign the Tyler’s register before entering the Lodge Room at each stated meeting. Therefore, please ensure you act accordingly when attending future meetings.

POSTAL/E-MAIL ADDRESSES - We have experienced that numerous members have failed to keep the Secretary and Accounting Offices advised when they change their addresses. Therefore, it would be appreciated that all members update their current postal/e-mail addresses with the Secretary’s Office. The same would also be appreciated when landline/cell phone numbers are changed. Rest assured that your addresses and contacts will be treated confidentially.

Fraternally,

Original signed
RICHARD S. HART, PER
Lodge Secretary
