From the Secretary
By the time you read this letter you should have received your final dues notice and questioner. I hope you respond so we can understand why you wish to be dropped. I don’t understand why you don’t want to remain an Elk. The Elks organization is the largest fraternal organization in the country.
On a brighter note, we will be initiating ten new members in September.
This is really great thanks to our members for going out and getting these new candidates.
Now that the summer is over, I hope to see more of you at our Tuesday night bingo, our Wednesday sandwich night, Thursday spaghetti dinner and Friday night snacks The Lodge needs your support to keep functioning so make an effort to come out once in awhile to help and enjoy the fun and camaraderie.
