We elected our new Officres and have a new house committee chairperson, Laura Merenda and she has a new committee. She has a lot of ideas for the coming year to help raise money for the Lodge so I hope you come out and support her.
As always, our Youth Cam Fund Raiser was a great successs and I would like to thank everyone who supported it. I want to thank all of my volunteers, Sue Moses, Laurilie Aleno, Rick Phelps, Carol Madigan, Fritzi Fisher, my chef Cherly Hester and my wife Jean, also LInus on the keyboard for the music.
If you have or know of any children between the ages of 9 and 13 who would like to go to camp this summer please contact me. I still have more applications to give out. They would attend our Youth Camp in Umatilla for one week. It is a beautiful camp and I'm sure any child would enjoy it.
As you know if you haven't paid your dues by now you are 6 months in arrears and if you come to the Lodge you can not be served in the Lounge one the locks have been changed. I hope you all intend to pay your dues because I have already paid your per capita for the National and State. The lodge can not afford to lose this money.
