This month we will start out with a full weekend at the Lodge with karaoke on Friday the first at 8:00 PM and Saturday the 2nd brings the Annual Jaycees Christmas parade under the leadership of brother Dean Yeager. We will be decorating our float during the week prior to the parade. Elk members and their guests that help build the float will accompany it down the parade route.
Our Toy for Tots program is here once again. Last year we collected more toys thant any other Lodge in our District and I hope that we can exceed that goal. The toys must be new and unwrapped and can be dropped off at the Lodge during regular business hours.
Thanks for a job well done to Joe Marmo for working the Veterans Parade and to Rick Phelps and his crew for the Veterans Breakfast.
We will hold our annual Memorial Day Ceremony at the Lodge on Sunday the second at 1:30 PM. All are invited to attend. There will be only one meeting this month as the fourth Monday falls on Christmas Day.
The House Committee is doing a great job on Saturdays nights with functions like Bar BIngo, Karaoke, and Game night. Come on down and join in the fun.
