ER MESSAGE
Bob Donnelly
We are about to start the 2026-2027 Lodge year!
We would like to welcome our new officers and we are looking forward to great things happening at the 1624. There is a lot of business that has to be finished to close out the old year in preparations for the new. Lodge annual reports are due, the new budget is in the works, charitable giving report is due, our alcohol permit is due, just to name a few. The work never ends. The lodge was just paid a visit from the health department and we did very well. Let me correct that Carol and her volunteers as well as staff have maintained our kitchen and it shows. Thank you to all those involved. Our lodge revolves around our kitchen, the meals that are prepared as well as the social aspect of stopping by for an adult beverage.

Reminder that on Saturday, April 4th we will install the new officers. Please plan to attend this meaningful event. Families are welcome to attend as well. Carol has planned a roast beef, mashed potato and vegetable dinner, at no cost for those that attend the service. I am sure the meal will be delicious. We will also recognize a few of our members for the outstanding work they have accomplished. I am so thankful to be associated with so many dedicated members/volunteers. They make everything happen flawlessly.
Finally, thank you for again putting your trust and in me as your ER for the next year! I am looking forward to many good things happening at the lodge this year.
Our GER Brian Klatt encourages us to “BE THE DIFFERENCE”, in our lodge, community and for each other. Lets make this lodge year our best year!
Respectfully and fraternally,
Bob Donnelly, ER
