With a Beacon Grant obtained from the Elks National Foundation, the Vero Beach Lodge has purchased gifts to be used in the Hibiscus Children's Center's positive behavior program. Hibiscus Children’s Center has been saving and rescuing the lives of children since 1985. The teenage children residing at the Vero Beach Center receive chips as a reward for a variety of positive behaviors which can be redeemed for valued items they have requested.
