A few months ago, an opportunity presented itself for YOUR Dunkirk Elks Lodge to assist in providing our local youth with a very rare opportunity.
Tour Professional Bowlers were coming to Crown City Lanes, right here in Dunkirk to hold an instructional clinic for our local youth.
The night the vote to assist with this amazing opportunity came across our Lodge Meeting Floor, I recall there being no dissent at all

The kids had a blast tonight bowling. They got to bowl with some of the best bowlers in the world in little old Dunkirk. Thanks for the opportunity Crown City Lanes. To me this little bowling center is one of the best around and is doing wonderful things. Thanks to everyone who made this possible. Also that bowling ball Cooper is holding, he won in a raffle and it was actually used in a tournament by Kyle Troup himself. He also signed and dated it.
