The Scotia Glenville Elks #2759 announced their $500 scholarship recipient was awarded to Rylee O’Connor, a graduate of Scotia Glenville High School. Rylee plans to attend St. Rose College in the fall to pursue a career in Criminal Psychology. Each year the Scotia Glenville Elks awards a scholarship to a student in good standing who has volunteered and served with the Elks in their charitable work.
