At the Michigan Elks Association annual Spring Convention held in Troy May 15-18, Ishpeming Lodge #447 was awarded the Gold Star by the Lodge Activities/Star Lodge State Committee Chairman, Jeffrey Bolen. Ishpeming Lodge Officers, Committees and Membership at large successfully completed all 66 activities during the past Lodge year to obtain the one and only Gold Star level of achievement. Star Lodge activities comprise a variety of Grand Lodge and State Association programs and goals that each Lodge is requested to pursue. Congratulation Ishpeming #447.
