On Saturday, May 21st, 2022 the Elks Lodge Annual Awards Night and Banquet Dinner was held. "Attached are several images from the Elks Awards Banquet Dinner held at BPOE 1776 on Saturday evening, 21 May 2022.
Elks Lodge Officer Of The Year, was awarded to PER Robert C. Ford and current Lodge Secretary and PER.
Citizen of the Year was awarded to PER Joe Sommers
Exalted Ruler Vicky May awarded two Outstanding Service Commendation Awards - One to Raymond (Butch) Cook - And one to PER Barb Irelan
Elk Of The Year was awarded to PER James D Fulks III.
The evening meal was a catered affair and was delicious. A very special thank you to all who patronize and support our wonderful Lodge. Our Exalted Ruler truly surprised me with the bestowal of this prestigious award. I am absolutely both humbled and honored to be this year's recipient, and was in very good company with the other wonderful Lodge Awards recipients on the floor at YOUR LODGE last evening. I've said it before and I'll say it again, and I'll keep saying it to my last days.... ELKS ARE INDEED THE....BEST-PEOPLE-ON-EARTH."... Raymond "Butch" Cook being presented his Outstanding Service Commendation Award from Elks Lodge Exalted Ruler Vicky May with his wife Kris Cook. He was unable to attend the awards dinner this year.
