Completed applications must be postmarked no later than March 20,2026 and delivered to the Illinois Elks Children's Care Office at 1201 N. Main St., Chatham, Il. 62629.
This year applicants will now be responsible for mailing their application directly to the Illinois Elks Children's Care Corp. Office. Applications should no longer be delivered to the local lodges.
