One of our most active Past Exalted Rulers is our November Elk of the Month—Steve Smith! Steve cares about the Elks and Beaverton Lodge, and is very supportive and generous with his time, energy and donations. This year he is chairman of Government Relations, co-chairman of Christmas Baskets and New Year’s Eve, plus President of the PER Association. He also serves our State Association as North District Chairman for Government Relations. Once again this year, Steve is spear-heading fund-raising for “Fill the Bus” for the Beaverton Resource Center and our Beaverton community. He is very talented with his smoker and doesn’t hesitate to share the bounty! Steve is also supportive of his wife, Michele, helping her with events and activities, and his beautiful daughter (and future Elk) Amelia! Thank you, Steve, for your outstanding contributions to Beaverton. We appreciate you!
