Downstairs Hall - Public & Member Rentals

A warm, private space with easy ground‑level access—perfect for celebrations, receptions, and large gatherings. This hall is available to members and non‑members and is ideal for larger or more formal events.

    Upstairs Hall - Members Only

    A bright, open space reserved exclusively for Omaha Elks Lodge #39 members. This hall is ideal for small‑to‑medium gatherings and is available at no charge during regular club hours when not already reserved.

    • Spacious seating capacity

    • Shared access to the Lodge Bar during open hours

    • Flexible layout for dining, presentations, or social events

    Member Access & Rental Rates

    We’re proud to offer our halls to both Elks members and the public. To keep things fair, transparent, and community‑focused, our rental guidelines follow a simple structure:


    Member Rental Benefits

    Members enjoy special access and discounted pricing once they enter their second year of membership.

    • Second‑year and long‑standing members receive preferred rental rates on both halls. Please contact the Lodge for membership rates by completing our Hall Rental Inquiry Form.

    • First‑year members are welcome to rent the halls at the standard public (non‑member) rate.

    If you’re new to the Lodge and excited to get involved, we’re happy to help you learn more about membership and the benefits that come with it.


    Non‑Member Rentals

    Non‑members are invited to rent our facilities at our standard public rates. Our halls are frequently used for celebrations, meetings, fundraisers, and community events, and we’re always glad to welcome new faces into the Lodge.


    Hall Rental Pricing (Public Rates)

    The following rates apply to all non‑member (public) rentals. Reservation fee, damage deposit, and cleaning deposit are required at signing.

    • Full Downstairs Hall: $1,200
    • Half Downstairs Hall: $700
    • Bartender: $30/hr
    • Large events may require an additional bartender at the discretion of the Club Manager.
