Baseball Volunteer Training

We need volunteers at Scottsdale Stadium to man a booth by Gate E where we will be selling hot dogs, brats, beer, wine, etc. Volunteers do not need to be Elks. Under the section Baseball OT, you will see the Orientation instructions that were distributed. Please review and note:

  • Park in the Civic Center lot lower level or top level ONLY
  • Must wear black or khaki pants or capris - no leggings, no shorts
  • Tennis shoes
  • Baseball caps allowed - no sports logos EXCEPT San Francisco Giants (Elks log is allowed)
  • Note the permissible bag specifications
  • 1:05 pm games arrive at 9:30 am (we are hoping to reduce the prep time once we become familiar with the process)
  • 6:05 pm Games arrive at 3:00 pm (see note above)
