More than one in five children in America live in families with incomes below the federal poverty line. Necessities like warm winter clothing can be hard to come by when food, housing, heat and healthcare take priority. Watch this short video to hear children across the country talk about their new Operation Warm coats.

The Community Investments Program has partnered with Operation Warm, a national nonprofit dedicated to providing brand new winter coats to children in need, to help alleviate the financial burden of a brand-new coat for hundreds of families in America.

Why should your Lodge use a CIP Grant to support Operation Warm?

  • Make a real and lasting impact on children in need
  • Witness, first hand, the joy that comes from putting a brand-new coat on a child in need
  • An easy, charitable project with hands-on involvement
  • Project is eligible for an Spotlight, Beacon, Gratitude and Promise Grant!

By using a CIP grant to host an Operation Warm charitable project, your Lodge can give back to the local community in a hands-on way.
