GER Letter of Congratulations
A Grand Exalted Ruler's Congratulation letter is available to every Girl Scout Gold and Silver Award winner and the Boy Scout Eagle award winner. It does not make a difference if the Troop is sponsored by an Elks organization, Church or another Service or Social organization. We can also send out a parchment like certificate that can be signed by the Exalted Ruler and the Troop Scoutmaster. This certificate is suitable for framing. All requests should be sent to:
