The user of the information provided herein on this web site agrees and understands that the information herein provided to the user (the DATA), is the Proprietary Information of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks of the United States of America.
By agreeing to the terms of use set forth herein, the user agrees to hold the said Proprietary Information in confidence and to take all reasonably necessary precautions to protect such Proprietary Information (including, without limitation, all precautions the user party employs with respect to his/her/its own confidential information) and to assume responsibility and safeguard the names and addresses, contained in the DATA, presented to the user on this website as stipulated on this page. The user agrees to take all precautions necessary to safeguard the DATA while the same is in the user's possession and at all times thereafter. The user will take all precautions necessary to secure the data downloaded and stored, or turned over to any third party for mailings or otherwise. The user will additionally take all precautions necessary to ensure that any third party to whom the DATA is provided for mailings or otherwise, will maintain the confidentiality of said DATA.
The user agrees to assume full responsibility for the protection of the confidentiality of the DATA and/or any misuse of the DATA resulting from printed or saved reports, and/or from downloaded records.
The user is aware and understands that any misuse of the DATA will be prosecuted by the B.P.O. Elks of U.S.A. to the fullest extent allowable under the Constitution and Statutes of the Order and/or the civil and/or criminal laws of any jurisdiction.
The terms of this agreement will remain in full force and effect until all DATA downloaded, printed, stored digitally, electronically or otherwise and all copies are destroyed with the permission of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks of the United States of America.
Any information derived from the DATA shall be used only for purposes allowed by the laws of the Order.
