Lounge

Our Lounge is open 2PM to 7PM Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday-Saturday. Friday noon to 10PM, with Happy Hour Tuesday through Friday from noon-5pm. We offer Music on Fridays 6 to 10PM. Dining Rooms

The hours are from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Wednesday and Friday. Come to the Lodge for a meal you won’t forget. We are also available for catering and banquets. These rooms can also accomodate functions as listed below for the Lodge Room.

Lodge Room

We have a large multiple function Lodge Room which can accommodate 200. Available for Business Meetings, Weddings, Receptions, Parties and other Social Functions. Also available for catering and banquets. Contact our House Committee Chairman/Lodge Secretary Tony Conover at the Lodge Office (928)772-8660 for availability.

The Baxter Room

The 20' x 20' Baxter Room is available for Business Meetings and Smaller Social Functions. The Baxter Room in named if honor of Charles Baxter "The Builder" who oversaw many of the expantion and remodeling projects over the years. Charlie built most all of the cabinets, show cases, and fixtures around the lodge. He is a 47 Year member of the Elks.

Bingo at Prescott Elks Lodge

We have Bingo on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings. Early birds start at 6:30 p.m. and regular games at 7:00 p.m. Minimum buyin is $12 for 20 games and we have a 21st game sold on the floor where the prize is 90% of money collected for the game, cost is $1 per 3-up. There are two coveralls; one pays $500 for bingo in 50 numbers or less with a $100 consolation prize; the other is a progressive game starting at $500 in 50 numbers or less with $50 and one number added each week if not won. Top prize on this game is $1,000 in 60 numbers. The consolation prize is $100. A snack bar featuring sandwiches and snacks is available.(Menu) Coffee, iced tea and popcorn are complementary ( a collection is taken at intermission). Also at intermission is a drawing for four $5.00 checks good for purchase of Bingo paper at a future visit. Bingo is open to the public and we have a capacity of about 130 players.
