The Lodge office is open Tuesday through Thursday from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 pm except for legal holidays, weekends, and vacation periods. During the months of July and August the office is open 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 pm. The office is staffed by the Lodge Secretary. The office entrance is located on the North side of the building off Kenyon Road. Appointments can be made by calling 520-886-8120 which also acts as the Reservation Line. The FAX number for the Lodge and Club is 520-867-8009. Voice messages can be left on the answering machine when the office is not manned.
This lounge is open only for special events from 5 p.m. to closing. Special events include, Christmas in July, Lodge Birthday, ENF Dinner and other functions. See the calendar or the Antlergram for other functions. The dining area is used for Bingo and snacks are available. The same rules apply to this area as the Antler Lounge. Guests must be signed and you must stay with your guest. It is available to rent for parties and functions.
This lounge is open 6 days per week from 2:00pm. until 9:00 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday. Friday and Saturday hours are 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. Sunday is 12:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Entrance is gained from the south/east corner of the building and a key card is required to gain entry. Visitors and guests may ring the bell for admittance. All visitors are required to sign the visitors book. Arizona liquor law requires all members and visiting Elks to produce a valid membership/identification card prior to making any purchase. The first and third Thursday's are Lodge meeting night and all non-members must leave by 7:00 pm.
Bingo is open to the public and is played on Sundays at 1 P.M. Seating capacity is approximately 250. All games pay a minimum of $100 with two $500 jackpots with one guaranteed as well as a $250 guaranteed jackpot. A $1000 jackpot is guaranteed 3 times monthly. A limited snack bar is available. Function rooms are available to rent to members for weddings and private parties. Rates are competitive and you may cater your own event. There are two rooms available. One can seat up to 225 and the other 80. Call 520-289-0533 for further information.
