Elks Mountain Bike Trail
Boyd County Tourism and Economic Development has named a new bicycling trail at Fannin Park the Elks Mountain Bike Trail. Ashland Elks Lodge 350 gave the tourism group $2,500 to build bicycle trails at Fannin Park
