Red Lion, PA Lodge No. 1592 was instituted in 1933, and currently has 701 members.For the year 2024, the lodge was awarded GRATITUDE and BEACON Grants from the Elks National Foundation to assist in the development of programs serving local youth, veterans, and others in need.

The lodge meets 2nd Thursday, except Feb, Mar & Apr, then meet on the 2nd & 4th Thursday.From Red Lion Square, go N on W Broadway to Lodge on Right, 323 W Broadway at Franklin St, Red Lion, PA.The Exalted Ruler of the Lodge is Eric Shive, and the Secretary is Darryl Rider.
