Gadsden, AL Lodge No. 1314 was instituted in 1939, and currently has 111 members.For the year 2024, the lodge was awarded GRATITUDE, BEACON and SPOTLIGHT Grants from the Elks National Foundation to assist in the development of programs serving local youth, veterans, and others in need.

The lodge meets 1st & 3rd Mondays, except Jul, Aug & Dec, then 3rd Monday only, at 118 N 1st St, Gadsden, AL.The Exalted Ruler of the Lodge is Patricia Sherman, and the Secretary is Marquetta McGuire.
