The Phoenix West Elks Lodge #2729 is proud to work at the prevention of drug use among children and youth through the Drug Awareness Committee. The 2013/2014 Co-Chairs Theresa Avina and Charles Scott have many wonderful activities planned to include our annual "DRUG AWARENESS CARNIVAL".
