Elk Ladies
Greetings to all of our Elk Ladies. This year is progressing nicely. We had a nice turnout at our April meeting. Thank you to all that came. We voted on the white color for the blinds and the house committee approved it. Soon we will have nice new blinds for the Regina room.
For our troops Jodie, Lee, Bill, Betty, Dick, and I packed and sent seven more boxes. Linda Thompson donated her winnings from the 50/50 for items for the packages. Thanks Linda and thanks to all the others who contributed to the packages.
Our taxes dinner and dessert auction went well. We had a lot of desserts and grab bags, the hamburgers and hot dogs were cooked to perfection. Thanks Ken and Dave for cooking the food. A big thanks to Diana, Wendy, and Linda for all the hard work putting on the party, and to all the other ladies that helped them.
Thank you Richard for doing the auctioneering for us you helped make the party a success.
I would like to wish all our mothers a happy mothers day.
Reminder ladies you need to pay your dues.
Our next meeting is May 7th I hope to see you at the meeting.
