Monterey Elks Lodge #1285 and Coastal Cuisine & Catering
Rental Rates: (plus possible security/cleaning/ABC fees as outlined in contracts)
DINING ROOM Events:
Private clients: Friday & Sunday Saturday Monday – Thursday all clients
50 persons $400 $ 600 $75 per hour or $400 all day
100 persons $600 $1000
150+ persons $900 $1600
Nonprofit clients: $300 $ 500
Elk member clients: Half of the private client rate, any day
Memorials for Elks members, spouses and Veterans are held in the dining room at no charge. All other Memorials will pay a $250 fee plus $500 refundable amount for security/cleaning/ABC if needed
BBQ AREA: Only Elks members can rent the BBQ area. Fee will be $50, plus $150 deposit (refundable after any security or cleaning fee is paid, if needed.)
POOL AREA: If the Dining Room has been rented, the small area west of the Lodge steps may be rented for weddings, cocktail parties etc. for an additional fee of $150 for a 2-hour period. Chair rental is available.
CONFERENCE ROOMS: The West Conference (room A-across Office) rental fee is $25 per hour, not to exceed $125 for the day. The larger East Conference (room B-past Dining) rental fee is $50 per hour, not to exceed $200 for the day. Conference room rental fees will be waived for rental by Elks and by nonprofits.
LODGE ROOM: The rental fee for the Lodge room is $75 an hour for up to 2 hours, or $450 for 6 hours.
