Crab & Cruise 2009

Our annual Crab & Cruise event is scheduled for July 31st through August 2nd in 2009 and be our quarter of a century celebration for this event at our Lodge. The highlight of the event is on Saturday when you are served all the best Maryland hard shell crabs you can eat. The eating starts and 2:00 and ends at 6:00 p.m. At that time you travel to the Somers Cover Marina where you board the Steven Thomas for a cruise to Tangier Island. Aboard the cruise you will entertained and dance and served more food with an open cash bar.

Exalted Ruler Crab & Cruise Welcome

The Crisfield Elks welcome you to their 22nd annual Cruise and Crab in the Crab Capital of the World. The members of our lodge are looking forward to welcoming back those of you who have been our guests before and are anxiously awaiting the opportunity to meet and greet new comers to our annual event. As we have in the past, we will make every effort to insure your stay in Crisfield is an enjoyable one.

Although the Crab Feast and evening cruise aboard the Steven Thomas on Saturday are the highlights of the weekend, the Friday and Sunday events provide an excellent opportunity to socialize with old friends and make new acquaintances. The Lodge will be open to welcome you at its regular time of 1:00 p.m. on Friday, August 4th.

Round-trip bus transportation will be provided between the lodge and the cruise ship on Saturday. Please indicate at the time of your reservation if additional transportation will be needed. There is limited space on our lodge grounds for self-contained RVs, which is available on a first come, first serve basis.
