Restaurant, Lounge & Bar, Golf Course, Pool Tables, Card Room, RV Parking. There are seven TV's available to watch your favorite teams. The facilities are smoke free but the club has a smoking deck for all seasons.

Restaurant

The Elks Restaurant was awarded 1st place in the 2012 People’s Choice in Fine Dining at the Taste of the Twin Lakes competition. Lunch served Monday thru Friday with hours from 11:00 am until 2 pm. Check out the menu for excellent sandwiches, salads, soups, and desserts. Also, daily specials are served. Taco Night Monday 5 pm until 7 pm, Wednesday Night Dinner served 5 pm until 7:30 pm. Friday Night Dinner served 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm. . Reservations are recommended. Call 870-425-3266.

Lounge

Full service bar with some of the friendliest and best bartenders in the State of Arkansas. 11 am till 9pm Monday through Thursday, 11am till 10pm on Fridays, 11am till 7pm on Saturdays and noon till 7pm on Sundays.

Twin Lakes Golf Course

18 hole par 70 course located ajacent to the Lodge Fifty years ago the lovers of golf started the process to establish the first and most established golf course in Baxter County, Arkansas. They worked with the leadership and members of the Elks Lodge who supported the effort. The Elks Lodge had acquire a large track of land on the edge of Mountain Home and agreed to leased this land to the newly formed Twin Lakes Golf Association to develop and establish a golf course. The front 9-holes opened on June 21, 1959 and were designed by Herman Hackbarth with the assistance of the National Golf Foundation. Hackbarth designed over 40 courses and was a pro and greens keeper in Little Rock, Arkansas. The Architects of Golf credits Hackbarth with introducing bent grass greens to Arkansas courses. This semi-private 18-hole course is managed by over 300 members of the Twin Lakes Golf Association. The association and the golf course are often identified in golf magazines and course reviews as the Twin Lakes Golf Club.
