All entries will be on display at the GL Lodge Activities/State Associations booth during the Grand Lodge Convention in Charlotte, NC in July. Only first place awards will be presented at the convention. The Exalted Ruler, or a representative, of the first place winners must stop by the GL Lodge Activities/State Associations booth to register and receive instructions for the award presentation. Second and third place awards will be sent to the respective State Associations for presentation at a later date.

A representative of each Lodge that entered this contest may pick up the Lodge's brochure on Tuesday afternoon or on Wednesday before noon. All entries not picked up by noon on Wednesday will be discarded. Please don't let this happen to this valuable record of your Lodge's Activities. Your Grand Lodge - Lodge Activities/State Associations Committee would like to thank every Lodge who took the time to enter this contest. In reviewing the brochures, it was obvious that the Lodges who entered truly demonstrate that "Elks Care-Elks Share".
