The Results are In!
The final 2011-12 numbers are in! Thanks to our generous donors, the ENF raised a record $6.764 per member. In order to reach this record, ENF supporters contributed in a variety of ways.

The Donor Breakdown

  • Loyalty Club. We welcomed more than 5,000 donors into the Loyalty Club in 2011. Loyalty Club members donate at least once a year for 10 consecutive fiscal years. Loyalty Club members donate an annual average of $320,000.

  • Recurring Gifts. The ENF enrolled 258 recurring givers in 2011-12. Recurring givers sign up for automatic monthly donations and contributed $147,501 throughout the year. We currently have a total of 630 recurring givers!

  • Payroll deductions. Fifty-seven donors donated almost $22,000 in payroll deductions through their employers. IBM, JPMorgan Chase and Wells Fargo employees raised a quarter of the funds.

  • Matching gifts. The ENF had a record 67 donors whose employers matched their contributions, raising an additional $28,000. Employers either matched donations dollar for dollar, or contributed with a volunteer hour grant. Twenty-five percent of our matched donations came from Chevron.

  • Combined Federal Campaign. Eighty-eight reported donors participated in the Combined Federal Campaign in 2011-12, resulting in more than $31,500 for the ENF. The CFC allows military, postal service and federal employees to donate through their payroll, and is the largest giving campaign in the world.

Overall, 94,326 donors gave more than 124,300 gifts throughout 2011-12!

The Fund Breakdown

During the last fiscal year, donors had the option to designate their gifts to support specific ENF programs or to contribute to the ENF Endowment Fund. Designated gifts made an immediate difference in Elks communities, while contributions to the ENF Endowment Fund will continue to help Elks for years to come. Here is a breakdown of gift designations.
