Elks share a strong sense of responsibility for instilling grit into the next generation. Tom 'Tex' Tracy—a member of Wheaton, Ill., Lodge No. 2258, volunteers at the Lodge as ENF Fundraising Chair and is also involved with Veterans, Hoop Shoot, Soccer Shoot and Drug Awareness.
