Convention Information

Registration

Registration begins Saturday, July 3rd, 8:00 a.m. The first obligation of all representatives is to register and obtain badges. All Grand Lodge Members, Exalted Rulers, visiting Elks and their guests can register at the Orange County Convention Center – West Building, Hall B, 9800 International Drive, Orlando, Florida 32819.

Information pamphlets are provided at the registration area to tell you about the convention and events going on during the convention. The Orange County Convention Center should be considered your information center.

The Registration Fee is $50.00 for Elks members only. There is no fee for Non-Elks spouses registering with an Elks member. Everyone must be registered; your Badge must be displayed for admission into many Convention events.

Sunday, July 4 8:00 A.M. to 3:45 P.M.
Monday, July 5 7:30 A.M. to 3:45 P.M.
Tuesday, July 6 7:30 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.
Wednesday, July 7 7:30 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.

Exhibits

Display of activities by Grand Lodge Committees & Programs, State Major Projects and Trademark Licensees will be located in the Orange County Convention Center – West Building, Hall B.

Note: Trademark Licensees will be open on Thursday, July 8, from 7 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Grand Lodge Sessions

All sessions will be held daily at the Orange County Convention Center – West Building, Hall B, 9800 International Drive, Orlando, Florida 32819.

Ritualistic Schedule

Ritualistic Contest Finals will be held at the Orange County Convention Center on Tuesday, July 6th. Details of schedule will be provided upon registration.

The convention center is conveniently located off of Interstate 4, just north of Sea World, and east of Disney World, on International Drive, one of Orlando's main arteries.
