Past District Deputy Melvin H. Carpenter of Festus-Crystal City, MO, Lodge died June 18. Brother Carpenter served as District Deputy Grand Exalted Ruler for the East Central District of Missouri in 1966-67. He was also a Past State President of the Missouri Elks Association.Past District Deputy Leon G. Edwards of West Shore, PA, Lodge died recently. Brother Edwards served as District Deputy Grand Exalted Ruler for the South Central District of Pennsylvania in 1982-83.
Past District Deputy Earl S. Hawk of Titusville, PA, Lodge died recently. Brother Hawk served as District Deputy Grand Exalted Ruler for the Northwest District of Pennsylvania in 1975-76.
Past District Deputy Suggs Jolly Jr. of San Mateo, CA, Lodge died June 23. Brother Jolly served as District Deputy Grand Exalted Ruler for the Bay District of California-Hawaii in 1991-92.
